Our Lebanese headquarters is located in Dbayeh, Mount Lebanon, where students begin their professional pilot journey through structured foundational and ATPL theoretical training.
As FlyIAA’s dedicated Ground Base in the region, this location allows students to complete the academic phase of their pilot pathway in a supportive, modern, and accessible environment before progressing to practical flight training within our international network.
Our academy offers:
FlyIAA Lebanon provides students with a focused academic environment designed to build the strong theoretical foundation required for a successful airline career.
Here, students complete their core ATPL ground school modules and foundational aviation studies under the guidance of experienced instructors who follow internationally recognized training standards.
Students benefit from:
Upon completing the theoretical phase in Lebanon, students transition to one of FlyIAA’s certified international flight bases in the United Arab Emirates, Cyprus, or Greece to begin their practical flight training.
For many Lebanese students, Cyprus represents a particularly smooth and strategic next step. Its close geographic proximity, similar Mediterranean climate, and familiar flying conditions allow students to continue their training in an environment that feels both internationally dynamic and comfortably aligned with home.
This structured progression, from theory in Lebanon to flight training abroad, ensures students advance confidently and seamlessly through each stage of their professional pilot pathway.
Lebanon has long been recognized as a regional center for education, culture, and international connectivity. Located at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and Africa, it provides students with an accessible and dynamic starting point for their aviation journey.
Its central Mediterranean location enables smooth transitions to FlyIAA’s international flight bases while allowing students to begin their training within a familiar and supportive environment.
Beirut was named top place to visit by The New York Times in 2009 and one of the 10 liveliest cities in the world by Lonely Planet in that same year. Beirut's culture has evolved under the influence of many different civilisations, namely the Greeks, Romans, Arabs, Ottoman Turks, and French.
The country has always welcomed visitors from all over the world and caters to them with the best food, culture and entertainment. There are many beautiful places to visit such as Zaitunay Bay, Pigeon Rocks, Beirut Souks, Beirut and Sursock Museums, and Hamra Street, to name but a few.
Our team is dedicated to assisting students with recommendations and guidance to help them find suitable accommodation near their training base location.
