I'm proud to share that our student body represents 19 nationalities from across the world, reflecting not only the multicultural richness of aviation but also the inclusive spirit and visionary leadership of the United Arab Emirates.

Our cadets come from India, the United Kingdom, Syria, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Poland, Germany, Argentina, Egypt, Lebanon, Portugal, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bahrain, Ukraine, Russia, Romania, Iran, Morocco, and Vanuatu — each contributing their own cultural richness to our training community.

But perhaps what makes me most proud is our 25.7% female representation, a figure that stands well above the global average for pilot training, where women typically make up less than 10% of cadets.

This achievement is not accidental. It reflects the progressive

UAE's environment for education and opportunity, as well as our Academy's strong commitment to empowering women in aviation.

When I walk through our classrooms in the UAE, I see students exchanging ideas in multiple languages, forming friendships that will carry across continents, and sharing the IAA universal dream — to fly.
