FlyIAA Global and the Sharjah Training Centre for Airports Science (STCAS) have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening international cooperation in aviation training, expanding access to specialised programmes and developing new training opportunities across the UAE and international markets.

The partnership brings together two complementary aviation training organisations, combining STCAS's established expertise in air traffic management, aviation safety, security and airport sciences with FlyIAA Global's international aviation training network and industry partnerships.

About STCAS

STCAS is a specialised aviation training organisation offering competency-based programmes designed to meet national and international aviation standards. The centre holds training and testing approvals from the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), EASA and UK CAA, along with international Civil Aviation Authorities approvals, and is an ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS Member as well as an IATA Authorised Training Centre.

Through its specialised training facilities, advanced air traffic control simulation capabilities and experienced aviation professionals, STCAS supports the development of aviation personnel across civil aviation authorities, air navigation service providers, airports and other aviation-related organisations.

FlyIAA Global operates an international aviation training network with established activities and partnerships across multiple markets, offering pilot training, aviation professional development and industry-focused educational solutions.

What the Partnership Covers

Under the strategic partnership, both organisations will work collaboratively to expand their training portfolios, explore new international markets and develop integrated aviation training solutions that address the evolving needs of the aviation industry.

The partnership will also create opportunities to jointly develop tailored programmes, respond to institutional and government training requirements, and leverage each organisation's respective expertise, facilities and networks.

By combining STCAS's specialised training capabilities and established relationships with aviation authorities and industry stakeholders with FlyIAA Global's international reach, the organisations aim to enhance the accessibility of high-quality aviation training and support aviation workforce development across emerging and established markets.

As part of the cooperation, both parties will explore opportunities to offer selected programmes at mutually agreed training locations and through appropriate delivery arrangements, subject to applicable regulatory approvals, training requirements and quality assurance standards.

The partnership also supports broader opportunities for collaboration in aviation education, professional development, competency-based training, and tailored solutions for airlines, airports, air navigation service providers, civil aviation authorities and government entities.
